Sounds like you want to have 2 Multi Room DVR's. That is not possible with FiOS at this time.

However, if you only want ONE MRDVR, then it will work fine. I have one DVR in the living room, and one HD STB in the bedroom, and I am able to watch my recorded programs in the bedroom.

In fact, I can also watch whatever SD recordings I have on the SD STB in the kid's room.
