    Default Firefox 3

    Anyone?

It is a hell of a lot faster, and the search feature of the url bar is pretty sweet. It disabled my tab mix plus extension, but there is a beta version that seems to work fine so far... FLashblock & Adblock are working as expected as well. So far, so good.

It doesn't support my bank's certificate, so I wouldn't be able to use it for online banking. Which means no FF3 for me. Unless Opera could do it... hm, I'll try that.

You sure about that? Sounds fishy. Who do you bank with?

It's the biggest bank around here, but they are too cheap to actually pay for one of the officially available certificates. So they made their own certificate and FF3 refuses it. FF2 works fine.

Is it possible to install FF3, yet still use FF2 at the same time?

The best addon will not be upgraded: Google Browser Sync.

So far so good with me. Not all of my addons have been updated but nothing that would be a deal breaker. I like it.

Actually just found it is. Just need a bit of manual editing when you install it.

It is also possible to use 95% of all FF2 addons with FF3, if you are tricky enough.

Don't fret, google still has other ways of tracking your every move. Oh, and the best addons are adblock & flashblock, both of which work in FF3.

You know you live in a small country when...

That's harsh that bank is using a self-signed cert. I'm surprised that firefox doesn't let you accept it though. That's cool that you found a workaround, but your bank needs to pull its collective head out.
