Thread: Got a new CrackBerry...

Just bought a curve last night. It's my first blackberry. How the hell does anyone have fingers this small.

I love the Curve variants, but I'm not a fan of the Storm. The idea behind it is great, but that push screen gets loose and has a tacky feel when typing. My brother is on his 4th BB Storm due to screen issues.

A friend of mine has the Storm and loves and hasn't had any problems w/ it since it came out in November.

OK, so lets say that I want to get a Crackberry. I am on Verizon. You will need unlimited messages and internet access, right? How much will it cost me a month?

I guess it would be more useful to someone who left the house occasionally.

Cam I use the LGK shoutbox? Can I answer messages? Twitter? Facebook? Myspace?

Facebook and MySpace are available...not sure about Twitter (don't use it, myself). And I haven't tried the shoutbox.

Okay this thing is officially kick ass since I just logged onto LGK with it. No shoutbox though...

Put that link into your CrackBerry's browser and you'll have access to the message boards of letsgokings.com. No shoutbox, and it's a pretty stripped down version in other ways, too. But you can still get in and talk smack in the threads.

Its also a great way for double checking weather while taxiing. Not that it affects you guys, but still another good use.

Weather doesn't affect us in the least. Because unless it's freezing rain that's worse than "light," we're going anyway.
