Got A Tip For A Good DVD/BluRay to iPad Converter??

Looking to start taking a few movies with me on the road. Does anyone have an easy-to-use converter they can recommend?

I've used Xilisoft software for years and I've really enjoyed it, its pretty easy to use, but it can be expensive. (IF you buy it)

I've heard good things about this DVD Ripper and its iPad2 compatible.

DVDfab is one I have been using for a while now. Before you convert the video, it gives you the option to add subtitles or change the language track. Not sure of how much it cost because I got it from my "sailing buddies" but you can get details on the product here DVDFab DVD & Blu-ray Copy, DVD Ripper, Blu-ray Ripper Software. Copy DVD, DVDR, Blu-ray Disc to PSP, or iPad/iPhone/iPod. Copy Blu-ray to BD-R, MKV, or Hard Drive.
