I've had issues on and off with their DVR as well. This week it is cooperating for a change.

i had the same prob...
so i recruited a mob..and we descended upon FSW studios...once they saw a few heads on hockey sticks they got right on the problem.
Its all fixed now guys.

Seriously though...i did have the same prob, i just put it on the greyed out channel (692) in the listing, clicked record 2 times (first time-nothing happened) and it happily recorded.
I found it a bit odd... but not odd enough to write letters or demand anything over.
but...you go girl...

1. Make sure you've purchased the package that carries FSW.
2. Make sure you are not trying to access HD channels with a SD receiver.
3. Rather than rebooting, try resetting with the little red button next to the card slot and behind the flip down access panel on front.

Mine works fine .... Gotta reboot the receiver or request a new one. You are after all paying for the DVR service.
