    Default I got the Deal of the week

    was out shopping today for a bad and ended up in Buena Park. wondered into the local Circuit City after lunch to visit a friend. during conversation I ask if they have any great deals on Tvs. WOW what a deal I got.......

    55Inch XBR DPL with 1080P for under 500.00. The only down side is it has no manual, who cares huh.

    I am now watching these HUGE beast of aTV and loving every minute of it.

    shoot....my 32" Samsung bedroom TV cost me $1300 and that was a steal from the $2000 msrp in Aug06! Great deal man. What brand is it? XBR indicates Sony. If so what model?

    Tell me about it. When I bought it I had my choice of about 4 different 32" models and I went for the top of the line. Back then 8000:1 contrast ration was pretty damn good. I must say, for a 720p television the picture on it really rocks. Especially with a 360 connected to it.

    I want a Sony XBR5 for my next tv...or whatever is the top of the Sony line when I'm ready to buy. 50" or more!
