I'm buying a new television soon...

As some of you may know, I moved to NY about a month ago (a month already?!) and I'll be moving into my own place tomorrow. My landlord is lending me her TV until i find one to buy. This one I posted above seems too good to be true. I've never heard of this brand.
My main concern is will there be enough input/outputs for my TiVo and a cable box and a DVD player? Though, the cable box probably goes through the TiVo, yes?
Does this seem decent? I dont know what any of those numbers mean!
