Do any of you have any suggestions for networking tech books?
"Networking for Dummies" would be too rudimentary for my co-workers, so I was looking for something a little more on the novice to advanced side of things.
Thanks!

In what respect? Are you talking about general networking principles or the features of various switches/routers and how to maintain them?
Both, actually. :) We're replacing our current Avid Unity environment for Avid's "new" ISIS. Lots of subnets and VLANs and a bunch of other stuff I need to bone up on and others just flat out need to learn.
Here is more info about ISIS:

I know it's not a clear cut question, and I apologize for not being more specific.
Thanks, Bandit.
I have a bunch of Cisco based networking books. They cover most of the aspects of novice to intermediate networking principles and functionality.
This is a good start
It may make sense to host a networking class for you team in the office, or maybe send them to a seminar or two.
Your really going to want to check the cooling requirements of that cabinet and make sure that your DC or Server Room can handle that dense a stack. Spending all the money in the world on a cool new storage array would suck if your swapping drives every 2 weeks because of cooling.
Anything by O'Reily and you're good
