Here's a pic of the BB 9500.
Verizon is good at one thing, and that's crippling phones. I can't stand their UI or the crap they fill their phones. This phone better come out on other carriers.

I have always hated Blackberry until the Pearl came out. I tried it (making the jump for a Motorola streak of about 6 phones) and loved it. However, I'm really interested in the new Xperia from Sony Ericsson.
As for the iPhone I just don't see myself getting one. I don't trust Apple to get the email server right, I'm not crazy about the touchscreen keyboard and I don't want my phone to be THAT BIG. Hell, a regular size BB is too big for me and it is much smaller than iPhone.
What are your email needs? I came from a RIM Pearl and Nokia N73 before switching to an iPhone. Believe me, I hated the keyboard for a few days. I almost returned it, but I gave it a chance and soon fell in love with it. It has its drawbacks, but give it a thorough test drive.
Barring a SDK failure, Apple will overtake RIM in NA phone sales within two years. Of course, this will include an implementation of a dedicated email server from Apple.
$199... Apple just hit a home run AGAIN. Way to go Jobs.
For my usage, I am not sure the $200+ upgrade plus the extra $10 a month will be worth the 3G. In my opinion, thats the ONLY significant difference between the new iPhone and the one I already own. I need more 'non-Apple' information on the new phone before I make a final decision.
The MobileMe has me intrigued. I can't wait for more information on it.
