if you really want to get technical AT&T is not initially going to 4G nor is Verizon they are going LTE which is 3.9G But LTE will be a technology that will be able to reach the 4G speeds and eventually surpass the 4G speeds.

Apple 4th gen doesn't equal the 4g network technology. and really since the iPhone 4 has such little changes to it I would hesitate to call it a 4th generation technology at all.

4g is not going to be up and running in LA until the end of the year, at least what's being reported.

I've had my EVO for about a week now. Best phone I've had and best phone out right now. My physical therapists and I went back and forth jabbing at each other, she's a iPhone lover, aka iSheep, and even she was amazed how much the EVO does.

Can you please explain what it does, I'm on iPhone guy and want to know what more the EVO does that the iPhone doesn't. The EVO looks rad but its not worth switching to another company unless the upgrade is substantial.

The love one has for their phone is directly proportional to how much money they're blowing on it.

Yes, the OS is the main difference. But even with the EVO coming out a couple of weeks ago, who would have expected new technology from the release of iPhone4. The EVO will be king for awhile, or at least the Droid 2 comes out in November.

Here's another article about the 2.

More reason to hate Apple and AT&T.... AND Verizon.

Of course people only buy their products because they're brainwashed sheeps and not because they make fun to use products and connects easily with iTunes (which has cornered the music and video market and is a whole other argument).
