It's healthy competition. Why would Apple not want to get in on more action since the exclusivity contract with AT&T goes caput?

I find it so funny that people that like the iPhone are 'sheep' yet people who run off the same cliff with their wallets for the Android are 'revolutionaries'. Makes me laugh. But I'm funny that way.

i don't really mind my iphone. i don't get dropped calls like so many other people complain about. the only problem i had was my 3G wasn't working at all. i'd be sitting on the couch next to my husband and his would be just fine while i'd get no service. it turns out the phone was bad so they gave me a new one at no cost.

i don't really like apple's software because i'm so used to using microsoft, but i like how everything syncs up with itunes. i just plugged my new phone into my pc and since everything is backed up on itunes, all my old settings from the old phone (contacts, bookmarked webpages, notes, photos, apps, songs, etc.) went right to my new phone. so it's like nothing changed but my phone is 9 months newer. neat!

i just had to say that.

Of course people only buy their products because they're brainwashed sheeps and not because they make fun to use products and connects easily with iTunes (which has cornered the music and video market and is a whole other argument).

Seems like people on both sides like to claim that one phone is so much better then the other but don't say why. Seems to me that both phones are pretty similar and the main difference is the OS???

EVO is the best phone on the market right now, that will change several times over the next few months. in short EVO has a faster processor, bigger brighter screen, better camera and Sprint has better rate plans.

iPhone fills a need and does a great job of marketing, technically their phones are not as good as several phones on the market, Android or Blackberry but they do marketing better than anyone.
I can't see upgrading from a 3GS to the 4G The price for what little you get in feature just doesn't maker sense. But 600K people have already pre-ordered none that I have talked to can really tell why except they just have to if the latest version.

BTW the hot rumor is the 30.00 unlimited data plan will return to ATT but for iPhone ONLY
