If you really want something in this life, you have to work for it. Now, quiet! The're about to announce the lottery numbers...
"6pm...IPhone arrives....6:30...IPhone II arrives...7pm...BLAH BLAH.
there a good 50 lined up in San Dimas. there also over 800 on EBAY which is where I assume most will end up. Or being returned once they realize how bad the abttery life is.
I might be getting one if my semi-reliable friend comes through. The only reason I'm getting it is because it will be an 8gb unlocked one for $300. I figure if it doesn't work out I can still sell it on eBay for what I paid if not more. If it does a good job of replacing my Palm and Nano then I'll stick with it.
I have one. And you know what sucks?
And yes, I have opened a new account, under my other account I've had for 5 years, that is currently in good standing after they wouldn't let me open it under my business account, that has 5 phones and I pay $500+ per month on.AT&T is now processing your activation
Monday is going to be brutal on both of their stocks.
That device would have been really high tech in 2003.
Outside of the cool multi-touch screen and the large built-in memory, this phone seriously lags behind lots of 4 or year old devices in many other specs.
If this phone was priced about $199 with a contract, I think it would make a pretty cool gift for your High School or College aged kid who desperately needs to be cool.
