Iphone Users: Do Not Install New Facebook Update!

To all of you iPhone owners..

Do not, I repeat DO NOT install the newest update of Facebook! It's making the Facebook App freeze, then when you uninstall and install again it freezes. If you try and reboot the phone it'll get stuck on the Apple logo. I had to do a factory reset and I'm glad I backed up my phone a week ago or I would have been SOL...

Updated a couple of days ago and works fine for me, except the fact that it suggests complete strangers as "friends" as the first item in the news scroll annoys the diarrhea out of me.

TOO LATE!!! That is exactly what happened to my iPhone!!! I have to completely restore it! Holy crap!

Damn I think I upgraded but didn't start it yet. I'll just not use it till the next update.

It was an update from yesterday. I see they did another update but this time I read the comments and it's still having issues.

I've updated and its fine for me. I have a 3GS though. A friend still has a 3G and it crashes on him. I've read several reports and this seems to be the case. I'm just reporting what I read. I've updated the iphone and ipad with no issues.
