Thread: Jut got an IPod Touch, now what...

So for my 40th b-day I got an iPod Touch. I had fun playing with it and I obviously know about the mp3 player and I have transferred music to it. Luckily one of my neighbors has an open wifi so I am snatching some of their bandwidth. What are your favorite applications hopefully free to d/l. So far I have installed Urban Spoon, a Free WiFi Hot Spot finder and a traffic app and I also installed the CBC hockey app.

It is a pretty slick toy, I was able to import my Outlook accounts, but I forgot most of my passwords and I have to locate them. We have wifi at work so I have internet while I am at work.

I also pword protected it, I do not want my nephew buying games at will when he gets his greasy little bugger covered fingers all over it. I also found out that my new stereo can control the iPod whilst it is sitting in the dock.

I hope not to be posting a "someone broke into my car and stole my iPod" thread.

I just got one two weeks ago for my birthday as well. I remember there being a thread about year ago regarding must have apps. Coincidently found your thread right before I clicked to the next page. A few apps/games I've downloaded are; Glow Hockey, Free Checkers, Wells Fargo app, Solitaire, KLOS app, Traffic Rush, and Facebook.

you should get some games too. i have solitaire and battleship on my iphone. great way to pass the time when i'm out have to wait somewhere
