    Hey all,

Thought I would give this a try. I've just recently graduated with my BS in CIS. I'm looking for either a PC Technician or Help Desk job. I live in the Ontario area. Can any kind person help me out. Thanks in advance.

Feel like driving all the way out to Palm Desert?

Definately have Help Desk/Customer Care positions open, and may be something available on the tech side as well.

you just graduated with a CIS degree... SHOOT HIGHER than a help desk orPC technician.

Check with Credit Unions, School Districts. Hospitals etc... try and land something in network support or a sys admin assistant or something along those lines. Im not positive, but id bet the pay is at least double what youo will find answering troubleshooting calls and or fixing PC's in a mid sized company.

    Just a thought/.

When you find something in the IE that pays well, let me know. I've been looking for a couple of months now.

Beh.. we just filled an IT position recently. Give dice.com a shot. I'm sure you'll be able to land something.

You might want to post your resume up on monster.com and career builder.com they are free. Employers sign up to have specific types of resumes e-mailed to them as soon as they are posted. My brother-in-law just posted his and he had a job in 2 weeks. He is a VP of finance but I would hope that it would work well for you also.

I posted my resume on Monster and got my current job.

I would also check with some recruiters. The higher the salary, the more money they make, so its in their best interests to get you as much cash as possible.
And thats how you get ants!
