    Has anyone had issues w/ the keyboard locking up for a minute or two?

    If you're talking about a MacBook or a MacBook Pro issue, here you go. I haven't experienced it, but that should take care of the issue.

    English please. I have a new MAC Intel & an iBook both with leopard on them (via boss) and am not really sure what it does (in laymen's terms). I have a few new features I use but that's all this computer moron knows.

    We do all the automatic updates but I'm a bit peeved a big bug like that keyboard one that was driving us crazy doesn't even warrant an email or message that MacBook users need the fix.

    On the older Macs we needed to rebuild the desktop and zap the pram every now and then. I know that's not needed anymore but what types of things like that do we need to do now?

    He keeps things really simple, even showing folks who are new to OS X via Windows how to do the same tasks. Plus, he shows you a bunch of tips and tricks to get the most from your Mac. (Even if you're not a power user.)
