Anyone know of a good one? I had one, but now it doesn't work. I've tried several and that was the first one to work.
I really need to keep a pesky someone off there who likes to steal my ideas.

Are just a couple i Googled. You can try http://www.download.com and do a search for IP blockers. They seem to have everything.
