Thread: Need help with my new computer

I just bought new HP computer. It runs with Windows 7 ( 64-bit ).
Today I have tried to load few programs like Adobe and Microsoft office 07 and some reason I can't
load them.
Could somebody please help me out ?

What do you mean you can't load them - you can't
install them? What kind of error messages are you getting?

HPs usually come with a 90 day trial version of Office 2007 - is that what you're trying to start?

Yes, I tried to install them. I have Adobe Master Collection and Office 07.
There is no error messages. I don't know what do I do wrong.

Is it illegal software?

Without a detailed description of whats going on, its going to be tough to help you out.

Thank you, no they are not. I contacted HP and they helped me out.
There was something wrong with CD ROM drive.
Don't ask what, they just told me what to do and now it seems
working fine.

Step 1, open the DVD drive.
Step 2, insert the DVD.

.....did it go something like this or did they give you detailed instructions? I'm curious.
