Hopefully they can add something new to the gameplay. Or at the very least come somewhat close to the atmosphere of GTA Vice City.

It will be a new engine, Rock* has used the in-game assets for trailers in the past.

What I've heard is that they're talking about "espisodes" being able to be downloaded over time that will add to the game as time goes on. If it works, it could revolutionalize the genre.
