Looks good. Loved the faux-Los Angeles in San Andreas, and this faux-New York looks awesome.

It looks great but i doubt that it is actual gameplay footage in that video. However, it may be that its from the cinematic camera that is useless.

It's just a pretty Liberty City... doesn't look like a whole lot changed at all, besides the models... although, honestly that's probably for the best. The big rumor was, however, that this was going to be a Live title. The trailer sure as hell doesn't really support that at all, but... has anyone heard anything that does?
