I just bought a new pair of Nike's before this came out. I thought I'd wear out the one pair before I drop the bucks on this.

Apple pwns you! All Hail the Steve!

What's next, a BAC sensor that you breathe into and can track and chart on your iPod?
at the draft party a couple of years ago, and under a considerable haze, i heard Birdman yell out the following (about 4 or 5 times, i think) - "don't marry yourselves to players!" he went on to reiterate that idea more than once on the boards, and i believe it to be absolutely sage.

ipod + is handy for the two months it lasts.

dont buy the shoes, they actually suck for running.

i run only in asics and just bought a little add-on pouch that goes over your laces, when I was still using the plus system.

its fairly accurate, was only really off by .10 for every mile ran.

I still rely on my GPS and now I use a regular shuffle.

Ive got my + sensor pouch actually and dont want it, if you do, send me a PM with your address and ill mail it to you.

I already have a 60G and a Shuffle, and I think only the Nano works with the system and I'm not about to buy yet another iPod.

When I heard about it, I was interested. Now that I hear the shoes suck, I'm glad I didn't but into it.

I also only run in Asics.

Yup, its just the nano that works.
Also, once you make your +play list, you can actually make the play list shuffle for some reason, which means ou have to listen to the same music, in the same order. That or mine was defective, but Ive had every ipod since Gen 1 and I know my way around them pretty well, and was completely dumbfounded.

Yeah man, if you've ever ran in a medium-high end asics shoe, the nike will feel like you just strapped a piece of bark to your feet, it's really wretched. in fact, the guys at roadrunner told me that before i even got the shoe on - stick with your 2010s and buy the sensor pouch.

I don't run, but I do cycle off and on.

The setup I use is a WinMo smartphone with a bluetooth gps mouse. It's the same gps mouse that I use for gps in the car. It's small and attaches to my belt. I also use bluetooth headphones sound. If I'm riding in a higher traffic area I might just use a single ear headset. The setup has zero wires to get caught on anything.

The software I use to track the workouts is called sportsdo - it's good for lots of sports from running to cycling to skiing. It is pretty cool, and if you set it up right, other people can track you in real time on the sportsdo web site.

Agree with the rest of you sensible folk.....the Nike+ shoes are horrible.

I bought a cheap Nano for $50 and used a pouch that straps around the laces on my Kayanos and off I went.

VisionQuest - I'm still inebriated, so dumb it down for me. What are you trying to do with your playlist?
