I appreciate that fact that you recognize "what that makes" you, but it's far more than just a title. As long as you can live with the fines. From what I've been hearing, the a lot of the software manufacturers are going to soon be taking a similar stance that the RIAA took/is taken with music downloads. With the economy being what it is, and software sales diminishing, companies are going to start taking a closer look at something they have chose to virtually ignore in the past.
The only difference is the RIAA fines are a drop in the ocean compared to the fines that Adobe or Microsoft will hit you with. ($150K per app at the civil level. Figure in the government nailing you for up $250K in addition to potential jail time.)
I'm not trying to be the software police, though I do believe in paying for what you use. And if those numbers aren't enough to give you second thoughts, well...
