I am trying to put a santa hat on this picture. Is there anyone that can help me out...or point me in the right direction of where I can ask? I can't seem to find any tutorials online.
I'd appreciate anything you can do for me.

OK. While we're here, someone please for the love of Mike explain to me how the hell to use the Pen tool.
