DTS and Sony have announced that the next firmware upgrade for the PS3 (set for April 15) will allow for internal decoding of DTS-HD MA codecs!

I thought Begins was on slate for July for several weeks now. (And I mean beyond rumor status.)

I still find it lame that WB was idle on The Matrix on BD, and it won't hit until 4th quarter. At least we'll get something the HD DVD crowd didn't get: Animatrix in 1080p. :)

Great news! What's the cheapest receiver that supports this format?

I decided to buy any CG heavy movie in BR only, and the rest I'm burning and putting it on my Apple TV. I'll continue to do so until the price of BR movies begin to drop.
