I just searched the net and found a bunch more channels that you can add to the box with a code for each one. Sites like www.Archive.org has amazing old shows and concerts that stream right to your TV. Wifey approves because she has been watching it non-stop.
BTW I swear it was for her! I use the TV in my office which already has net access (although not as much as Roku).
RP ... the Roku being endorsed by the Linux community speaks loudly about it's tweak-/hack-ability. It says nothing about it's reliability & capabilities (the application s/w can have flaws just like any application s/w, even if the O/S platform is good due to lots of eyeballs looking at it). I hear your enthusiasm for Roku (and Linux), but keep in mind: correlation is not causation.
