For me, the one feature that turned my hate into love for the HR20 was when they added the "blackout" feature.
If you have your DVR set to record Kings games, for example, and there are 2 showings - one that's blacked out and one that isn't - if it happens to have picked the blacked out broadcast to record, it will automatically search other showings for a broadcast that is not blacked out, and record that instead. That was huge for me since I like to record Dodger games and Kings games by setting up keyword recordings.
