I keep getting errors and blank pages in the forums. It seems to happen most often in threads with more than 1 page length of posts. I can only open the LAST page of the thread. Really starting to bug me.

Using IE - never problems on other sites.

My browser does show "Done, with errors on page" down on the bottom info bar.

I get same problem at home, at work, on 4 diff computers

This community on LGK is easily the best source avaiable for kings news and discussion, but the site itself SUCKS. Seriously, there are 7th graders with blogs that are less buggy. And this is the same basic template that works just fine for nearly every other message board on the web; it's not like the mods are writing code.

Is it all the advertising and other peripheral garbage that is gumming up the works? Is the site hosted on inadequate servers? How many times is my browser going to load the purple background and then tell me it's "done?" I'll tell you when you're done, bastard!

Well, at least LGK doesn't have animated backgrounds or general midi muzak version of Queen songs... yet.

I appreciate the efforts made to maintain this unparalleled resource, but at some point competence is more valuable than dedication. Get it right.

The server is adequate. As for the code, its pretty much a stock VBulletin installation with some tweaks, but its not like Rinkrat is coding this stuff from scratch, he's using modules that have been written by others specifically for the board software.

What we can't control relates to the ad code written by other parties.

Joining TeamLGK makes those problems go away because you don't have to put up with the ads anymore.

And you may want to do what others have suggested in this thread. Make sure your running the newest version of your browser software, tweak your individual settings do that your only getting 20 threads per page, etc.

None of the clickable post formatting options work for me, nor does the line-breaks or the arrow keys if I want to move back to edit things.

I'm having some weird tech difficulties that I can't seem to nail down. My home desktop can't access the LGK boards at all. IE starts to load the background, and then just says "Done" right away - no text, nothing. Switching over to Firefox, and I get a little bit more formatting, and the entire left side navigation bar, but then I get a "transferring data from (site varies) and it just sits there and still nothing. If I jump over to the laptop, everything works just fine. These problems all started on Friday during the draft.

I have tried clearing cache and cookies, and no change whatsoever. Any other advice?
