Thread: video editing issues

Recorded Hip Jrs Hockey game on minidisc and using avidemux to try and convert to a format to send via email or upload to YouTube.

Was able to upload the video and do all the necessary edits but unable to save/convert to a format with vid and audio. Anyhelp or an easyway to upload and convert a VOB file to a format that all can view on winamp or media player?

Gracias. Does anyone else happen to have a list of compatible video/audio codes? Like Mp4 wont work as an AVI but others well. I was able to get the job done via trial and error but a list would be helpful for sure.
