The reception prob was fixed months ago...another reason I waited so long.

I've been with LA Cellular/Cingular/AT&T since 1995 and never had reception or dropped call issues no matter where I was.

Meanwhile, expect the smug Verizoners to be crying soon as a result of network overload due to lack of prep.

FIXED ? I use ATT and drop at least 2 calls a days. Don't know where you're at but ATT coverage is not as good as Verizons in So Cal as a whole.
You may be lucky and not drive or use your phone a lot.My finding are different for sure

I lived in socal till until the peak of the market in 2006 and now live on the river in AZ. Never had any reception issues. Guess I'm just lucky.
