Team Sign Ups:
Fee: $880 per team
* Once your TEAM is confirmed, a TEAM NUMBER will be assigned.
* This TEAM NUMBER must be presented at time of payment.
*Payment must be made in full by the week of November 12, 2012.
*TEAM CAPTAINS must make complete payment in full before team play.
* Partial payments are not accepted.
