Sorry, folks, despite my attempts to pay the deposit when I was told to by, my phone calls and emails were not returned. Once I finally got a hold of the organizer, he said it was sold out.

Thanks to all who stepped up and said they'd play. Sorry for the inconvenience, especially to those who told other teams they were playing with us.

I'll be getting the info on the upcoming tourneys as it becomes available, so I'll keep you all abreast.

Damn! I'll already be in Italy.

You guys should check the discounters like priceline.com, getaroom.com, hotwire.com etc. There are always deals on condos on the west side. It's good to have a kitchen, free parking and real cable service if you are going to be there a few days and have a car.

I'll likely have to fly in as I am taking a new job that is moving me out of town. So I would need one of our faithful to lug my gear around with them.

I could drop it off to anybody that is in the LA area when I am down visiting.

I'm checking the sked. I'm already playing there the weekend before and superbowl weekend, so I'm not sure the wallet can handle it

The solution is simple:

1. Find rich cougar
2. Have her pay

And this solution is not exclusive to you, everyone may take this idea and run with it.
