I'd personally rather play at 11:30 or later than to have 2 periods with less time then we are supposed to have. I live in OC and later would be fine with me...
I to have played roller for a long time, I have been playing league play for almost 15 years. I played at holliday skate rink when I first started, then when stuart's fullerton opened I went there, played at both orange and fullerton for a while, even played (and worked) at inline hockey and sports club in tustin. So it's not like I haven't played at a crappy facility... I guess I just got spoiled at AHC with how superior it was to any pathetic excuse for a inline rink has ever been here. I'm just not happy with taking a step back and go to corona's small rinks and lame time keeping. I paid, I'm trying to be loyal to people who have provided me such a great place to play in the past. But with a product and charging the same fees, I'm not feeling any mutual loyalty to me (and others) who has (have) given them $150 ever 3 months for the last 8 years.... Something needs to change in order for me to last past this season. I understand there's nothing they can do about the rink size. But the price and/or the time keeping needs to change in order for me to hang around past this season...
stuarrrts..... damn that took me back....
Totally... I played there from opening to closing... Stuart silver is a whole other story...

I played at the Fullerton one a ton. I played mostly there, Knott and Chapman, and that park where The Cage is now when it was just called ________ Park. I forget the name.
oh roller, how I (dont at all) miss thee.
If I could afford ice, I'd be there in a second! I used to play when I was a kid. On average $100 a month or more... I have a kid in private school, I can barely afford roller. Believe me I looked into it last thursday after playing at corona...
