Thread: Any OC players in South OC?

I had some family down in the morning and didn't make it... Did any of you go?

Hipcheck and I showed up. Arrogant Ba$tard was to busy being a wuss to show up. It was fun. We played for about 2 hours. The rink is small and we used a ball.

Yeah-we used a nerf ball and special nets. The santa ana winds picked up so today not only am I sore but also having some breathing difficulties. Good times.

That sounds like what I used to do in my living room as a kid. One net was between the piano legs, and the other one was a specific section of books and records in the entertainment unit.

I'm guessing you guys used a trash can or something, rather than bringing a piano out onto the rink.

Hip.. I hung out with pr (Eric) all weekend and he lives right around the corner from that rink. We will definitely need to get a pickup game going.

I usually play two leagues Sunday on Team Beer and Tues on The Lone Ranger. But during tax season I drop the Tues night league. If you have not played in a while there is a coed league on Wed nights that is more of a beginner league than the Bronze that I play on. Here is their website. Holy Christ! We used to play for those guys at the rinks in Garden Grove. They sure loved us GGHS guys.

If you guys need an extra pylon, I mean player, I'd be interested. I haven't played, roller or ice in about 10 years, but I still have the itch to play. And I really need to get in shape.

I get the feeling the nerf ball roller bastardization we played Sunday is not going to be PRs cup of tea but there are 2 rinks so we can use the other one. If anyone knows a goalie in the area we would be good to go. Whats Cross Streets does PR live? Im a stones throw away myself would be great to hang with him again.

That rink is right by my house. Another friend of mine belongs to the forum and he lives by there too. We will come anytime you can get a game together or something.
