Arm Pain - Did I break something or over work weak muscles?
I'm pretty out of shape, and haven't strapped on skates since last summer. I played pickup roller hockey on Sunday for about an hour, and practiced dryland stick handling for short periods on Monday and Tuesday. (A few minutes here and there throughout the day totaling around 30 minutes per day).
I felt a bit of pain in the shower this morning, but when I picked up my stick to practice a bit this morning before work, I felt a fiery, searing pain in my arm (located between my fingers in the attached pic). I've felt the same pain since then when I move my arm in certain directions, usually behind me. (Putting on a zip up hoodie, putting my arm through the strap of a backpack, etc...)
Have others experienced this when doing too much stick handling with weak muscles? Did I just over work the muscle or did I screw something up and need to go see a doctor? I've never felt pain like this from sore muscles before, but I can't identify a catalytic event where I might have hurt my arm.
Any help is appreciated.
