Pilates will do the trick.
You could get a dvd (make sure it's by someone you've never heard of and it's an unflashy Pilates technique format like
this ).
If you dig it, find a teacher to give you a one on one just to nail down your technique.
It's pricey but cheaper than a dominatrix and more painful.
I take this
class weekday mornings, but I had a traditional Pilates teacher for years. It's so worth it to take care of your back and core.
PS Pilates is ****ing hard.
PPS I know it's not hockey specific, per se, but it will work.
