Does anyone know a website that explains various methods of defensive positioning (for forwards and defense)?

Also,
When along the boards between the two goal lines battling for the puck. Always keep your body between your opponent, the puck, and your goal tender.
First, This keeps you in a defensive position.
Secondly, he would have to go through you towards your goal if the opponent wins the puck.
*** Talk, Talk, talk to your teammates on the ice and on the bench constantly, Communication is key. Communication is a huge part of defensive play. It takes practice but try to communicate as much as you can while playing.
