I just heard that by the end of next year there will be no more Mission gear for ice, so buy your stuff now. There will only be Itech Goalie equipment, and Mission Roller. They were both taken over/bought out by the guy who owns Nike/Bauer

Also, supposedly TPS got bought out as well

I'm sad Golden Bear went out of business...

If you're anywhere near Hockey Giant in Anaheim i would recomend going down there and having them help you out, great staff and huge selection.
I use the Nike Bauer Supreme 30 and they fit fine. I have wide feet, though, so that doesn't help the OP.

There is a Golden Bear in Lomita. Vince is a good guy for jersey's and skate sharpening. Not much gear to choose from though.

Sadly, my son was far more interested in basketball... but that's another story.
    Basketball? Disown him I say!

Hey, who else was carrying those triple-bladed Rebellion skates a few years ago?
Hans was on the cutting edge .... of lost causes.

One full season lost to a lockout*
    + shaky economy
    = shrinking market
    = fewer suppliers

    * that attached the stench of failure to the NHL and by extension this sport
