It was a good game for the most part, aside from Howie getting laid out by his own team member. I forgot how little friction the puck has on ice, as I usually play roller. Totally different puck handling between the two.

I spoke with Howard yesterday. He's fine, no major damage.

No, it's what happens when you catch a rut in the ice while trying to backcheck. 1 second I'm trying to stop up, next one I'm on my ass sliding into Howie and trying to get my skates away from him so I don't cut him. cry:
