Okay so I got the cast off last week, and i was told two weeks before I could play. I am wearing a splint until then, but i try to have it off a little each day to get a little movement back in the muscles. I'm not stiff anymore and have most of my range of motion back however the movement of my wrist isn't fluid...meaning its sort of jerky, and theres a cracking/poping when i rotate it. Should I just chalk this up to the fact that the muscles aren't back to full and aren't pulling on the joint the way they're supposed to....is this normal...or is it something i should be concerned about?

The snap, crackle & pop sounds normal. Just keep rotating it for a while. Dont overdo it.
