There are ways to circumvent this problem. Have everyone who is committed to play pay via PayPal. This way there is no issue with paying for the space, and if someone misses the game it’s their own damn problem.

I know it's been done before, but for the life of me I dunno how. Unless the game is at like 1:00 or 1:30pm Sat, where people will probably be able to get up in time to make it, and not have enough time to drink too much to play, I just don't see how it can happen.

It needs to be done on Friday mid-day. This way everyone can make it to the Hof afterwards. I know this echoes what Ms. Ruely stated, but its just a matter of timing.

I got a title to watch Tonga defend, and Shannon will be disappointed if we don't go. Plus, I love giant beers.

I don't use paypal, and I won't. Too many friends have gotten screwed.

Maybe I am misunderstanding your post, but Las Vegas Ice Center has no roller rinks, only the 2 ice rinks of which the North Rink is the preferred choice. There is a regular pickup game there on Fridays from noon until 1:30pm in which I'll be playing.

Not many people play at Fiesta during the day so if you guys want a game mainly for LGKers that may be the best choice.

yea (not = now)...heh...It use to have wheeled court....Better both space used for ice....

I received a flyer from SCH productions and it appears
they are having their tournament that same weekend at
...you guessed it... the Rancho Fiesta Sobe rink.
So I guess both rinks will be booked.

Damn it.

I got it ! Rooftop of the parking lot at the MGM Grand. LGK Vegas RollerHockey game. Free and there is even a sense of danger.

Ef yeah, man. That really brought me back. I haven't just played in a parking lot or on the street in too many years. We're gonna have to get an impromptu game going somewhere competently random one of these days.
