When I use to play in a league I would always skate backwards into the net and hit the left post with my stick, then the right one. Then I would slam the butt of my stick into my right leg pad at the knee, then the left pad.
Also during a game I hate making a full 360. If I do I have to do a spin the other way when it's safe or it gets me off my game.

I smack both pads with the broad side of my stick then tap both posts and crossbar then skate to the top of the crease before my games

I use a see through vintage bag for all of my hockey gear. Classic.

Some of these are borderline habits but if I'm not able to do any of the above it WILL mess with me. Further proof that most goalies are a bit crazy.
Tape the blade of my game stick (white tape only) the day before the game. Always taped the same way and then flattened/streaked with the round edge of a puck (tried it during a slump, went on a major hot streak and I've done it ever since. Retape my game stick each time I play.
Must eat 3 hours before gametime - two Muscle Milk shakes and two "crunchy peanut butter" Clif bars (perfect balance of protein carbs for energy and endurance IMO). I've substituted the Clif bars for other kinds of protein bars before in a pinch but didn't get the same results. Drink a 1.6 liter water on the way to the game/in locker room. Always wear my Kings fleece and my game socks (don't wear hockey socks, just Under Armour). I have a warm up CD that gets played on the way to the rink every game.
Arrive at the rink 90 minutes before gametime. Fill my water bottle. Change into Under Armour and stretch on the locker room floor for a good 10-15 minutes.
Gear all goes on Left to Right. Skates first, then jock, pants, knee protection, pads. Pads have to be strapped buckled in a very particular manner with the face of the pad lying on the ground.
Spend several minutes visualizing myself making saves and meditating to calm my mind. Think about putting rebounds out of harms way, freezing pucks and making plays outside of the net with my stick.
Leave the locker room and watch the game that precedes mine. Concentrate on the puck to get myself warmed up for tracking the puck during play.
As soon as the Buzzer sounds ending the 3rd period, go back into the locker room. Put on chest protector and jersey, then mask, then glove and blocker.
Walk around to the bench and place my backup stick just on the other side of the stanchion at the goal end of the bench. Sit on the end of the bench closest to the net.
When the Zamboni leaves the ice and the door closes, I hit the ice and skate 3 laps around our side of the ice, I shoot three pucks in the net as I skate, stopping in front of the penalty boxes to stretch.
Skate to the net and take 3 rounds of shots during the warm up, no more (I've been hurt more by my own team shooting high in warmups than in any game) then leave the net. I just want to feel the puck a bit and get my feet moving some. I won't go down in warmups, if a player attempts to deke I will stand up and let him go around me. When my 3 rounds is up, I skate out of the net and clear pucks around the glass and pass to teammates until the warmup ends.
I skate to my net, take 3 sips of water, tap my posts, and I'm ready to go.
Just a bit of a ritual.

Superstitions are for suckers! Granted, I've had two broken ankles in my life. One from hockey. The hockey gods can kiss me arse!
