Default Hockey Weekend Across America 2/17-2/19

Just an FYI. I know several of us have kiddies that want to play hockey. On the Feb. 18th (Saturday) several rinks will have a free stick time for kids. Usually this includes the gear.

    Pasadena: 5:30PM
    Glacial Gardens (Lakewood): 2:10PM
    KHS (Anaheim): 9:30AM
    Westminster Ice: 2:10pm
    Channel Islands (Oxnard):11:00AM

You have to register and sign the waiver at USAHockey.com . The info and link should be on the front page.

The Stewdizzle is signed up at Glacial.

His slapper is better than mine. Not that that is an accomplishment but still.

I actually signed up my 3yo here in oakland for the same thing. They say they got gear for him so I'll let him try it out.

Yeah, the gear isn't always the best or fits correctly but the kids always have fun. I'd get there early if you need gear. It takes a while for them to find the gear, fit the kids and then for the kids to put the stuff on.
