So I played a game last Sunday
In my 40 & over Ice League here in Denver last Sunday.
Get to the rink, see some of the guys, suit up and we get 5 skaters and our goalie. Hoping someone else will show up the puck drops.
Played the entire freakin game with no subs - jebus fruking crimany.
Managed to make it to the end standing but was pretty f'd up for about 5 days.
Not sure but I think I should have tried to do some cardio work the next day or something.
I'm sure its not as bad as tournament stuff or 2 games in 1 day but I think I need to get a better regimen for working out after allot of skating.
Anyone got any good ideas ideas for stuff like this?
