I'd say take $2 off of every player that played.

I say keep it for the times you came up short and all the work it takes to pull it off.

In the past, when people have signed up but don't show (even for excellent reasons)I've had to ask for additional money or come up short...a few games ago the per player cost was $30 because of no shows.

This new system works. By everyone paying up front the price never changes per player and we never come up short. Which also means the money has to stay with that game....make sense?
