With just 1 hour 15 minutes of ice time and 20 players, we should make sure to be there early, get on the ice asap, short warm-up skate and start the game on time so we all get our money's worth... none of our usual lagging before hand.

will there be a ref or will people be responsible enough to account for their own goals/assists and be honest about it?

With an hour/15 time slot, having a 5 minute warm up, a minute for pucks in and lineups, playing 3-20 minute periods (running clock) with 2 minute intermissions leaves a minute ot two to spare.

The time slot and the number of people is totally do-able if its properly timed and organized.

I think that keeping our own stats shouldn't be a problem. For instance, I have three goals and an assist so far.

well, last time I was there I tried to keep an actual scoresheet for you guys... but getting people to tell me who the goals and assists were was like pulling effin teeth until the end:
