Great game again, everyone! Good to see the regulars again and nice to meet so many new people. Lifetime achievement award goes to HockeyGirl for setting it all up (tell me your favorite beer and you'll get 6 of them next game) and a nod to Bogey for the pass.
Can't wait for the next one!

Like I said man, no worries. You called the puck and I had no where to go. Check of the game though, so at least we've got that going for us.

Edit: I posted the above last night and I was exhausted after my day of traveling and kind of bummed that I was back in KC. But honestly, it was a great time. So much so that as I posted in the thread about the August midnight game, I'm putting together a plan to get out there for that one, although I'll say that it's unlikely if for no other reason than cost at this point. I'll be traveling earlier in the month to the Seattle area, so it might be a bit more than I can pull off.
I've been sore the last couple of days mostly in the legs and that's probably from using brand new skates and it being the first time I've skated out in a few years. But again, it was awesome and I'll make every game I can. As an interesting side note on that: The wife saw a bunch of condos in Newport Beach that we could afford and she said she wouldn't mind living out there. So... don't hold your breath, lol I'm not holding mine. I liked the Counter, but it made it a bit difficult to talk with everyone although it was reminiscent of section 304 with people playing musical chairs.
Sorry to TONGA and Nutzee that I didn't make the movie and sorry to Lice that I couldn't make the game. I realize it would have been one or the other, but I ended up not being able to do either.
Thanks guys, for being there and being cool. It was the perfect ending to the trip.
