    The best thing to do for a warm up is skate around half speed or quarter speed and get blood flowing to the muscles.

    As for your back hurting, if you're overweight that will definitely cause back pains in someone who isn't skating much. Someone mentioned keeping your knees bent and your back straight... that's good advice for sure. Keep playing and the stomach will go away and the back will feel much better.

    Dude, how many games have I missed? Like, 1? and I heard my team got thrashed so badly, I wouldn't have even helped.

    Hattrick last night! Totally crashed into boards on the 3rd goal too, too much speed and I don't know how to stop on short notice yet. Used a wood stick for the first time last night too, good stuff.
