I used Jakes, and he has had my jersey for over 2 months. He does not respond to emails, and has never returned my jersey. Just excuses. I am beginning to think he stole my jersey, as I live in Alaska. If he is not a thief, he has the worst customer service skills EVER!

That sucks to hear. I've never had any business with them so I can't say one way or the other. Have you tried calling them?

Yes, I called and called and called. He kept putting me off (2 months.) He outsources the lettering, and blamed the other guy. Anyway, he lied and told me he mailed it last monday (on the phone), and after phone calls, emails..etc, he finally sent me a tracking number. It shows it was mailed thursday. I am hopeful and waiting. Wish I used someone else!
