Thread: League team needs players.

Howdy.

My league team needs players badly....we're looking primarily for a few scorers, a puck moving center and a couple physical bastards on D. But truth be told we'll take a couple bodies even at this point.

We play mon or tuesday night (either 730, 9 or 945) at Ice Station Valencia.

We're in the level 4 division but every team has a few people that are a few levels above, except for us, so even if your a D3 player or something that's cool.

Season is 20 games (1 down), its 580 in one payment 610 in two (380 the first one due now) and then 230 at the halfway point. Its a lot of fun. Reply or PM me with any questions or if you're interested.

Do you know if it's always Monday nights? How physical physical-D?

I would be in, but sadly monday nights are a no-go for me. Tuesdays are doable though...

It generally alternates mon/tuesday. And its non-checking league as a disclaimer but we get away with as much contact as we can. Physical enough to hold it down and let the punks on the other team know that they need to watch out for them if they get out of line. Physical enough to let them know that the crease is not a happy place for their offensive players .

Across the board. I work 3 to 10 every monday.

Well I just checked the schedule, we only have 6 monday games, including tonight during the 20 game season. I dunno if that might sway you, you might be able to talk to the league and see if they can prorate the cost since you know for sure you can't make those games (I doubt it but its worth a shot, maybe show them some proff of your work schedule and they might be more likely to go for it). Aside from those games we're always on tuesdays.

^The schedule, we're the Yeti. Please excuse the 13-1 drubbing last week...we had 5 vs. 18 skaters, our backup goalie who's only played goal 3 times in the last 5 years and our two best scorers we're out. But in truth we're not that good (but also not that bad) so we definatley need players who can get it done.
