We stopped coming up with designs, until we settled on a budget.
since we found out everybody is willing to pay for a cool jersey, why would we limit the design possibilities by just going with the patch to save a few bucks? It seems like a perfect idea if we had to go cheap, and it's cool if that's what the people choose. But we don't have a tournament coming up, so there isn't a deadline, no sense it cutting this process short because we happen upon some patches.

have you figured out what it would cost to have that patch sewn on? Or what the numbers would cost to go with it? I don't think anybody was happy with the heat pressed number idea, which is cheapest. I don't know what it would cost to have the patches and numbers added, but after adding those costs to the blank Kings jerseys, you could catch up to the sublimated jersey cost pretty quick. And if people really wanted to use the patch on the BK jersey or old school Kings colors, you'd have to have those jerseys made. In which case, the patch would actually cost more to have sewn on than it would to have them ink it (or a different logo) into the jersey.

Im not sure the patch was scaled correctly in the BK photo either, and the true size may not look right on there.
If the BK colors won the vote, I think the Team LGK emblem looked better on it than the patch.

And they would cost the same to make.

Lappy that is why I suggest the Junkyard pro stocks if we don't go total custom.
If you read back in this or the other thread I mention that too many cooks leads to too many decisions.
We need a new poll on what type to get now.
I think w/ RR on board the patch is the way to go, if we don't vote custom.
Having said all of this the vote for up to $80 leads me to believe most want a nice jersey.

Huh? What vote? That is one ugly jersey with or without the artwork. Kitsch is not always cool.

That said, I think the LGK patch from RinkRat would look best on the older black and purple, CCM style home jersey. I think the newer LGK shield would look best on that lace-up collar gold with purple and white trim that was first posted -- just a little smaller though.

That yellow one was the clear front runner on the original thread.But questions were raised on whether or not we could afford it.That was the purpose of this thread; to see what we could afford, before moving on. That's why I was confused as to how all other ideas had been scrapped after figuring out that we could afford to make nice custom jerseys.Step two was going to be voting on a crest. Step 3, jersey colors and style to go best with the crest.Shouldn't be a problem having too many cooks, so long as we stick with a plan. There isn't a rush so it seems like the more cooks we have, the better chance we have of coming up with something cool.

Somebody fix the return key.

The purpose of the Burger King style jerseys is to creep out the other teams we play.

Even so, not to BK jersey style
